Robin and I were grateful to have our community-based participatory research work highlighted in an article entitled, Building on an Idea. The article appears in the latest edition of UAB Magazine and highlights the grant we were awarded through the UAB Community Health Innovation Award Competition. Our community-based startup, NHabit Bush Hills was launched as a result of the grant. Much of our work is supported by the UAB Innovation Lab at Innovation Depot.
