The NHabited team is conducting a survey to gather people’s ideas (and frustrations) regarding the present condition of the following areas in the City of Birmingham: Neighborhoods, Communication, Public Administration and Community Health. We’re aiming to get 1,000 people who live, work, play, learn, shop, worship or serve/give in Birmingham to complete this short survey:

NHabited Birmingham Innovation Survey

A summary report of our results will be shared with interested parties in our local governmental, educational, public health, philanthropic and business communities with the power to take action.

To maximize the number of opinions gathered, would you mind forwarding this survey to others in your network?
